His professional journey reflects a diverse range of experiences. Before joining Just Legal, Ferdows served as a Senior Associate at Dhaka Legal, a prominent IP law firm. He also gained valuable insights into tax, VAT, and customs during his seven-month stint with MAK & ASSOCIATES INC. Prior to that, from January 2016 to June 2021, he worked as a Senior Associate at Legum Consultants Limited, a corporate law firm in Bangladesh.
Even during his academic years at the University of Dhaka, Ferdows showcased a unique ability to balance legal studies with journalistic skills. He worked as a Court Reporter with The ATN Times.com and later with The Daily MANOBKANTHA, contributing to bringing legal intricacies to the public’s attention.
Ferdows served as a panel lawyer and consultant to the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) from April 2023 to September 2023 until he joined the Just Legal. Syeda Tasmi Sultana, a contractual HR administrator at Just Legal, excels in human resources and development and recruitment skills. She is a full-time recruitment specialist at Heaven World Properties Limited, a Dhaka-based real estate company. She remotely guides the HR department of Just Legal Limited (10 hours a week). She completed her undergrad and Master of Arts degree in English Literature & Language from National Eden Woman College affiliated with the University of Dhaka. During her undergrad studies, she used to be an in-house journalist at BDLIVE24.COM. Later on, she worked as a teacher at SHAKTIBYDYALOY, a street children’s school in Dhaka. After she completed her graduation in 2016, she joined Heaven World Properties Limited as an Assistant to HR. For her commitment and sincerity to her job, she has been promoted to the Recruitment Specialist in the same company.
